What you’ll handle
- Review bids, pricing, scope and delivery schedules.
- Qualify subcontractors, negotiate scope and administer subcontracts.
- Handle change orders, contract amendments and payment coordination.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate the schedule with the field team.
- Keep clients, owners and subcontractors informed throughout the job.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience on commercial construction projects.
- Located near Irvine, with strong organization and communication skills.
