THE OPPORTUNITY / Senior Project Manager

What you’ll handle
- Oversee contracts, subcontract negotiations, RFIs and project closeout.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control and cash flow.
- Work with superintendents and project managers to protect schedules and resolve risks.
- Manage owner and client relationships.
- Mentor project managers and field teams.
What you’ll bring
- Proven leadership of large commercial projects and experience mentoring project teams.
- Construction Management or Engineering education is listed; the posting differs on whether a degree is preferred or required.
- The posting lists 10 years of large-project leadership and separately 5+ years of commercial project management. Confirm the exact requirement with VCC.
- OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR are preferred. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam and scheduling tools.
