Lead ground-up industrial construction in Texas, from mobilization to completion. The role calls for experience coordinating large industrial or mixed-use jobs and managing safety, quality and the field schedule.

What you’ll handle

  • Coordinate subcontractors and sequence the work on site.
  • Maintain the three-week lookahead and lead subcontractor meetings.
  • Inspect work for quality, enforce safety standards and coordinate permits.
  • Track daily progress, field costs and material deliveries with the project team.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years supervising ground-up commercial construction for a general contractor.
  • Experience on industrial or mixed-use projects valued at $20 million or more.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
